Instead of my usual Friday “Dance Off” song – Since I just posted a story of an ex-boyfriend before this, I thought I would add that we both shared a love for the band Cheap Trick (back in our Boston days). We both have fond memories of sitting in my Brookline apartment and listening to their albums. Back then, I introduced him to their song Mandocello and he turned me on to their song He’s a Whore.
Hmm…based on the choice he made, when he chose to let me go, maybe I should have listened closer to the lyrics of this song back then, as they probably foreshadowed what was to come…
